Ingredients
60 ml 1000 Pounder Rum
10 ml sugar syrup
2 dashes aromatic bitters
Orange peel, to garnish
Method
Fill a mixing glass with ice, then add the rum, sugar syrup, and bitters. Stir until well chilled, then strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass. Express the orange peel over the drink and use it as a garnish.

60 ml 1000 Pounder Rum
120 ml ginger beer
15 ml fresh lime juice
Lime wedge, to garnish
Method
Fill a highball glass with ice. Add the rum and lime juice, then top with ginger beer. Stir gently and garnish with a lime wedge.

25 ml fresh lime juice
15 ml simple syrup
Method
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake until well chilled. Strain into a chilled coupe or martini glass and serve.
